To help facilitate the process, you may be asked to provide one of the following documents:
– Final Decision Letter – documentation outlining the decision regarding your VAC benefits.
– Summary of Assessment – documentation relating to your assessment.
Please have a government issued photo ID (such as your driver’s license, health card, or passport) and supporting documentation ready.
Some private insurance plans may offer coverage. Patients should confirm eligibility directly with their insurance provider.
Travel rules depend on your destination. Patients should confirm current regulations before travelling with medical cannabis by plane.
Our consultation fee is $100. ACMPR Grow administrative fees apply when requested. Medical Notes and Forms are also subject to admin fees.
Compassion pricing may be available for eligible patients with annual income of $60,000 or less.
